Guoxin Group announced that it is unable to release the full-year 2025 performance by the deadline and has applied to suspend share trading from March 27, 2026, until the relevant performance is published.

Gelonghui March 27 | Silicon Star Group (8349.HK) announced that the board believes it is unlikely that the company will publish its annual results for the year ending December 31, 2025, in accordance with the listing rules by March 31, 2026. The delay in publishing the annual results for 2025 constitutes a violation of GEM Listing Rule 18.49. As the annual results for 2025 are expected not to be published before March 31, 2026, the company requests that trading of its shares be suspended on the Stock Exchange from 9:00 AM on March 27, 2026, until the annual results for 2025 are published.
