Guancha Network News: On March 27, Longfor Group announced that the board of directors decided not to distribute a final dividend for the fiscal year 2025, marking the first time since the company went public in 2009 that a final dividend has not been distributed.

According to reports, Longfor Group achieved an operating income of 97.31 billion yuan in 2025, with profit attributable to shareholders at 1.02 billion yuan; after excluding the impacts of fair value changes, the core profit after equity is expected to record a loss of 1.5 billion to 2 billion yuan. Despite the pressure on profits, the group as a whole and each segment has achieved positive operating cash flow for three consecutive years.
