Country Garden Services releases annual results; shareholders' profit attributable to the company is 601 million yuan, down 66.7% year-on-year

Country Garden Services (06098) released its 2025 annual performance. The group recorded revenue of 48.354 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%; profit attributable to company shareholders was 601 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 66.7%; and basic earnings per share were 18.04 sen.

The company provides a range of property management services to property owners, residents, and property developers, including security, cleaning, landscaping, horticulture, and repair and maintenance services, among others. During the year, revenue from property management services was approximately 27.93 billion yuan, achieving a year-on-year growth of about 7.3% compared with the same period last year, and accounting for approximately 57.8% of total revenue.
