China Mobile's computing power service revenue is close to 90 billion yuan in 2025, with intelligent computing service revenue growth reaching 279%

On March 26, China Mobile announced its full-year performance for 2025. Its operating revenue for 2025 showed steady growth, reaching RMB 1,050.2 billion, a year-on-year increase of 0.9%; main business revenue reached RMB 895.5 billion, a year-on-year increase of 0.7%. The revenue from communication services accounted for 79.8% of main business revenue; revenue from computing services and intelligent services accounted for 20.2% of main business revenue, a year-on-year increase of 1.4 percentage points.

Computing services are an important growth engine for China Mobile’s high-quality development, strengthening the supply and reserve of AIDC (Artificial Intelligence Data Center) resources. The service capability of “AIDC + Network + Computing + Operations” has significantly improved, making the mobile cloud brand more prominent. Revenue from data centers grew by 8.7% year-on-year, with AIDC revenue increasing by 35.4% year-on-year. Thanks to the rapid growth in intelligent computing demand, intelligent computing services became the primary engine, with a growth rate of 279%, driving cloud computing service revenue to grow by 13.9% year-on-year. The number of monthly active users of cloud storage reached 210 million, and cloud video customers exceeded 86.7 million. Revenue from computing services rapidly grew in 2025, reaching RMB 89.8 billion, a year-on-year increase of 11.1%.

Intelligent services are the high ground for China Mobile to win future competition, deepening the implementation of the “Artificial Intelligence +” initiative and playing an innovative guiding role in the scenarios of smart living, smart production, and smart governance. Upgrading the Jiutian basic model 3.0, over 100 AI+ products and application solutions were launched, along with 29 category-specific intelligent agents, and a self-built high-quality dataset of 3,500 TB. Revenue from data algorithms grew by 12.6% year-on-year, while revenue from smart culture grew by 13.3%. Key layouts include over 50 self-developed industry large models, collaborating with leading companies in energy, water conservancy, agriculture, and other industries to jointly build industry large models, empowering the new industrialization to advance deeply and solidly. Intelligent service revenue showed good growth in 2025, reaching RMB 90.8 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5.3%.
