On March 27, Ping An Insurance (601318.SH) held its 2025 annual performance conference. In the face of current market volatility, at the conference, Ping An Group’s Co-CEO Guo Xiaotao stated that Ping An is long-term capital, patient capital, and does not care about short-term fluctuations. Ping An’s investment team has experienced major cycles over the past decade, accumulating extensive experience in crossing cycles and pursuing sustainable returns.

Guo Xiaotao said that Ping An’s investment philosophy includes five alignments: the matching of duration, cost, products, economic cycles, and regulatory requirements. This year, there are many uncertainties in the market, but Ping An aims to find certainty within uncertainty. This certainty aligns with the country’s development direction, including new productive forces, healthcare and elderly care, Healthy China, and high dividends, all of which are important guiding principles for Ping An’s investments.
