Regions Financial has announced that Dana Nolan, head of investor relations, will retire in April after 37 years with the company. Tom Speir, who currently leads the company’s strategy and corporate development group, will succeed her as the new head of investor relations. Speir will retain his current responsibilities in addition to overseeing all investor relations activities.
