JUST IN: A federal judge in California has certified a class-action lawsuit against Nvidia and its CEO, Jensen Huang, for allegedly failing to disclose more than $1 billion in revenue associated with cryptocurrency mining during the 2017-2018 boom.
The case once again puts the relationship between the GPU business, the gaming market, and the volatility of the crypto sector under scrutiny.
The court defined the class of investors as those who purchased Nvidia stock between August 10, 2017, and November 15, 2018.
