ChainCatcher News: On X, on-chain investigator ZachXBT stated that Circle has unthawed two previously frozen hot wallets, labeled “500 Casino” and “Whale.” Due to address freezing, users were unable to withdraw funds from a centralized exchange to the affected hot wallets.

ZachXBT pointed out that the basic details of the case, such as the plaintiffs, expert witnesses, and why Circle did not object, have not yet been disclosed. Previously, ZachXBT mentioned that, under public pressure, Circle has unthawed one of the 16 blacklisted USDC wallets.
