Fosun Commercial Real Estate REITs Project Officially Submitted for the Sanya Atlantis Hotel Spin-off

Viewpoint Network News: On March 26, the status of the “Guolian An Fosun Closed-End Commercial Real Estate Securities Investment Fund” project managed by Guolian An Fund has been updated to “Declared.”

Information shows that this fund type is a commercial real estate REIT, with the original rights holder (initiator) being Hainan Atlantis Business Travel Development Co., Ltd., and the planned manager is Guolian An Fund.

The special plan is named Taibao Asset - Fosun Real Estate No. 1 Asset-Backed Special Plan, managed by Pacific Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Data indicates that in February 2025, Fosun Tourism Culture Group announced that it is considering spinning off its Sanya Atlantis and exploring the possibility of an independent REITs listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

In November 2025, Fosun Tourism stated that it has applied to spin off Sanya Atlantis and list it independently as a REIT on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The relevant listing documents have been officially submitted, and they are currently awaiting regulatory approval.

Sanya Atlantis Hotel is located in Haitang Bay, Sanya. It integrates hotel, water park, aquarium, international convention, dining, entertainment, shopping, and performances. It opened in 2018.
