RuiNeng Technology: Planning to acquire BoTai Smart Control rights, trading will be suspended starting from the 26th
People’s Financial News, March 25 — Ruineng Technology (603933) announced on March 25 that the company is planning to acquire control of Botai Intelligent Equipment (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (“Botai Intelligent”) through a combination of issuing A-shares and cash payments, along with raising supporting funds. The company’s A-shares will be suspended from trading starting March 26. The suspension is expected to last no more than 10 trading days.
