Guancha News: On March 26, according to disclosed information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Jiangsu Shouxihu Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Shouxihu Cultural Tourism) has had its Hong Kong IPO prospectus become invalid. The company filed on September 26, 2025, and the filing expired after six months on March 26, 2026. China Galaxy International Securities was the sole sponsor at the time of filing.

According to the previous prospectus, Shouxihu Cultural Tourism is the only licensed operator of waterway sightseeing cruises in Yangzhou, holding exclusive rights to operate water cruises in the Shugang-Shouxihu Scenic Area for 20 years. Additionally, under an unlimited-term exclusive arrangement, the company is the sole operator providing water cruise services in the Ancient Canal area.

In terms of operational strength, as of September 21, 2025, Shouxihu Cultural Tourism owns 206 boats, including 36 paddle boats, 106 self-driving boats, and 64 themed boats. Under standard operating conditions, each trip can carry up to 3,817 passengers, with a maximum daily capacity exceeding 35,000 during peak tourism periods.
