The 64th Chairpersons' Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress was held.

The 64th Chairman’s Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People’s Congress was held on the morning of the 4th at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Chairman Zhao Leji presided over the meeting. The meeting heard a report from Liu Qi, Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, on the draft lists of the presidium and secretary-general for the 4th session of the 14th NPC, as well as the draft agenda, and decided to submit these two drafts separately to the preparatory meeting of the 4th session of the 14th NPC for election and approval. Vice Chairpersons of the NPC Standing Committee Li Hongzhong, Wang Dongming, Xiao Jie, Zheng Jianbang, Ding Zhongli, Cai Dafeng, He Wei, Wu Wehua, Tie Ning, Peng Qinghua, Zhang Qingwei, Luosang Jiangcun, and Shiekh Laetif Zakir attended the meeting. On the afternoon and evening of the 3rd, delegations attending the 4th session of the 14th NPC held meetings to review the draft lists of the presidium and secretary-general, as well as the draft agenda.
