Mars Finance News: On March 26, media outlets citing informed sources reported that Chinese AI startup Moonshot is preliminarily considering an initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong. The company has already begun discussions with CICC and Goldman Sachs regarding the listing. They stated that the specific timing of this potential IPO has not yet been determined, and planning is still underway; it may also be ultimately canceled. According to insiders, after completing over $700 million in funding earlier this year, the company is now negotiating a new round of financing, with a scale of up to $1 billion. Following this round of funding, the company’s valuation would reach approximately $18 billion. (Wide Angle Observation)
