Recently, Wantai Biotech announced that the company’s board of directors received a written resignation letter from Board Secretary Yu Tao. Yu Tao resigned due to personal family reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company. The resignation takes effect from the date it is delivered to the board. The duties of the company’s board secretary will temporarily be performed by Director and Chief Financial Officer Lü Yun.
