Institution: DDR4 and DDR5 Chip Prices Decline Slightly
According to TrendForce data, today’s international DRAM spot prices have experienced both increases and decreases. DDR4 and DDR5 chips mostly declined or remained stable, while DDR3 chips generally rose. Among them, DDR3 2Gb 256Mx8 1600/1866 increased by 2.65%, with an average price of $3.875. DDR4 16Gb (2Gx8) 2666 decreased by 0.35%, with an average price of $70.75.
