New Stock IPO | News: Huayan Robot's Public Offering Oversubscribed 5063 Times

Collaborative Robotics Company Huayen Robotics (01021) was delisted at noon today. Reports indicate that its public offering received an oversubscription of 5,063 times. It is understood that the stock attracted 228,000 applicants.

Huayen Robotics issued 80.785 million H-shares, with 5% allocated to Hong Kong public offering and the rest to international placement. The offer price was HKD 17 per share, raising up to HKD 1.373 billion. The minimum order is 200 shares, with an entry fee of HKD 3,434.29.

The company plans to use approximately 55% of the net proceeds to enhance R&D capabilities; about 20% for global business development to strengthen market leadership; around 15% to upgrade and expand production capacity; and the remaining approximately 10% for operating capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares are expected to list on March 30. Joint sponsors include CICC and Deutsche Bank.
