Zhang Xuefeng has remarried, and his daughter is from his first marriage.

If Zhang Xuefeng has no written will:

Marital property: Zhang Xuefeng's second wife receives 50%

Remaining 50% of marital property plus Zhang Xuefeng's pre-marital property becomes inherited assets, divided equally among spouse, daughter, father, and mother.

Final distribution:
- Daughter: 12.5% marital property + 25% Zhang Xuefeng's pre-marital property
- Zhang Xuefeng's second wife: 62.5% marital property + 25% Zhang Xuefeng's pre-marital property
- Zhang Xuefeng's father and mother: 25% marital property + 25% Zhang Xuefeng's pre-marital property

If there is a posthumous child or a child born to the second wife, Zhang Xuefeng's daughter receives even less.
