People’s Financial News, March 25 — The Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the “Action Plan for Accelerating the High-Quality Development of the Artificial Intelligence Server Industry Chain in Shenzhen (2026–2028).” The plan proposes to accelerate the empowerment of “Lithium Battery+” advantages, continuously enhance key products such as UPS, 800V high-voltage DC power supplies, and lithium/sodium energy storage systems with “deep integration.” It emphasizes strengthening “Power Electronics+” capabilities, promoting the iteration of new-generation HVDC power supply solutions, and accelerating research and development of key products like high-voltage SiC MOSFETs, high-frequency GaN power devices, multi-phase controllers with intelligent power stages (DrMOS), and highly integrated power modules. To meet domestic and international market demands, the plan advocates creating benchmark zero-carbon data centers with “photovoltaic/offshore wind power + energy storage + green power direct connection,” tailored to local conditions, to support on-site consumption of computing power needs and efficient use of green electricity. It also encourages innovative power supply and energy storage solutions for virtual power plants and explores integrated source-grid-load-storage commercial models.
