$BTC During the weekend early morning liquidity drought period, funds are fleeing frantically. The 4-hour price level is being firmly suppressed by the EMA20, and while the MACD histogram shows some convergence, it remains below the zero line, indicating that bearish momentum hasn't truly exhausted. More critically, buy depth is severely imbalanced—sell orders are razor-thin, and this structure is extremely vulnerable to being pierced instantly by large orders. Open interest hasn't budged, yet price has slid down from above 71000, a classic case of declining volume on down moves.
Short directly near current price of 70380, with stops placed above 70850. First target at 69400, and 68500 zone if it breaks through. In this environment, the risk-reward ratio is attractive enough, but you must set proper stops to guard against reverse wicks during liquidity voids.
