Abstract generation in progress

Werner Enterprises has agreed to an $18 million settlement in a class action lawsuit alleging violations of Nebraska and California wage-and-hour laws. The lawsuit claimed the company failed to pay minimum wage for all work time and did not provide proper pay statements and deductions to qualified drivers between June 4, 2010, and July 14, 2023. Eligible class members do not need to file a claim and will automatically receive a payment, with amounts varying based on class membership and weeks worked.
