Eternia Properties and Vanke Hong Kong's Sha Tin Tai Wai UNI Residence has set another transaction record with the sale of Unit F on the 28th floor, commanding a price of HK$20,441 per square foot of usable area. The project has sold 5 units in a consecutive week with a total value exceeding HK$33.7 million. Meanwhile, the ground-floor duplex unit at Tuen Mun OMA has sold for HK$12.5 million at a price of HK$13,228 per square foot of usable area.

Yong Tai Property (00369) and Vanke Hong Kong’s Sha Tin Tai Wai UNI Residence recorded another transaction today, setting a new high for standard layered unit price per square foot. The sold unit is Unit F on the 28th floor, with a usable area of 370 square feet, a two-bedroom layout, and a transaction price of HKD 7.563 million, with an approximate price of HKD 20,441 per square foot.

UNI Residence has seen a series of transactions within a week, selling five units, including three two-bedroom units and two one-bedroom units, totaling over HKD 33.7 million in cash.

Yong Tai Property’s Tuen Mun OMA OMA also sold a ground-floor garden duplex unit in Block 1B today through tender. The unit has a usable area of 945 square feet plus a 202-square-foot garden, with a two-bedroom suite layout. The transaction price was HKD 12.5 million, with an approximate price of HKD 13,228 per square foot.
