As of February 26, domestic electrolytic copper social inventory reached 531,700 tonnes.

Supply of imported and domestically produced copper continues to arrive, while downstream industries have not fully resumed work and production due to seasonal reasons. The mismatch between supply and demand is driving inventory to continue accumulating. According to SMM data, as of February 26, 2026, social inventory of electrolytic copper in major domestic regions continued the post-holiday accumulation trend, reaching a total of 531,700 tons, a historic high.
