A major frustration I'm feeling these days is related to not having a few million to put into real estate in Dubai after the property index dropped 30%.

My opinion is that it's easy money in the long run.

I understand the reputation is "sketchy" but that doesn't change the fact that Dubai will remain an important hub connecting Asia to Europe.
