According to Digital Asset, the Seoul Central District Court has rejected the temporary injunction application filed by the Flow Foundation and Dapper Labs to suspend the decision to terminate FLOW trading support. Accordingly, Upbit, Bithumb, and Coinone will proceed as planned to terminate FLOW trading support on March 16 at 15:00. The court stated that the materials submitted by the applicants were insufficient to demonstrate the need to suspend the termination of trading support before the court's judgment; it also pointed out that FLOW can still be traded on some domestic and foreign exchanges, and if the grounds for trading warnings are sufficiently resolved in the future, relevant exchanges may still relist the token.
