Wangneng Environment announced that on March 2, 2026, the company received a notice of award from PT Danantara Investment Management, the Sovereign Investment Fund of the Republic of Indonesia. The notice confirmed that the Wangneng Adyawinsa Energy Consortium, led by the company, was awarded the contract for the development and management of environmentally friendly technology-based waste processing into electricity (BUPPPSEL) in Bekasi City. The project scale is 1,500 tons per day, with a cooperation period of 32 years (including approximately 2 years of construction). This award is another significant overseas project for the company, following Thailand, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan, demonstrating the company’s international competitiveness in solid waste treatment technology and project operation capabilities. Although this project is not expected to have a major impact on the company’s 2026 operating performance, it is anticipated to positively influence the company’s future business development and operational efficiency.
