Cities such as Tianjin, Nanning, Shenyang, Chongqing, Chengdu, Wenzhou, Hangzhou, and Shanghai also issued overnight notices, conducting investigations on the involved companies.

Tianjin: Investigating the “Universal Miracle Drug” involved companies

On the evening of March 15, issues related to Hao Lin (Tianjin) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. were exposed during the “3.15” Gala.

Tianjin established a joint investigation team composed of the Tianjin Drug Administration, Tianjin Health Commission, Tianjin Public Security Bureau, and Tianjin Market Supervision Administration to carry out investigations and enforcement, resolutely cracking down on illegal activities and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

Shenyang: Investigating “Private Domain Marketing Scams Targeting the Elderly”

On the evening of March 15, the “3.15” Gala exposed issues involving Shengwei and Aoying companies in Shenyang related to private domain marketing scams targeting the elderly.

The Shenyang Market Supervision Bureau, together with relevant departments, formed a joint investigation team to conduct on-site investigations. Moving forward, they will handle the cases strictly according to law and regulations, and will promptly disclose relevant information to the public.

Chongqing: Filing investigation into “bleached chicken claws” companies

On the evening of March 15, the “3.15” Gala exposed Chongqing Zengqiao Food Co., Ltd. for illegally using hydrogen peroxide in the production and processing of chicken feet.

Chongqing Market Supervision Administration announced that enforcement officers from Hechuan District Market Supervision Bureau have entered the company to continue in-depth investigations. Currently, the company has been placed under investigation for suspected violations, with products seized and the company urged to recall the involved products voluntarily.

Chengdu: Suspending operations of three companies involved in foreign exosome issues

Based on the evidence collected, they will handle the cases strictly according to law. Additionally, a special industry rectification campaign has been organized to protect consumers’ legitimate rights.

Hangzhou has filed investigations into companies involved in height increase scams. Hangzhou Anlishen Health Management Co., Ltd. is suspected of operating a height increase scam. The Hangzhou High-tech (Rights Protection) District (Binjiang) Market Supervision Administration conducted on-site investigations, has filed a case, and is collecting evidence. Further actions will be taken according to the investigation results.

Shanghai: On-site inspection of illegal electric bike rental companies like Hello

On the evening of March 15, the “3.15” Gala exposed illegal activities by Shanghai Hello Pu Hui Technology Co., Ltd. and Bojingsi Network Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in electric bike rentals.

The Shanghai Market Supervision Administration announced that the city and district-level market supervision departments immediately activated the emergency response mechanism, working with police and transportation departments to conduct on-site inspections of the involved companies overnight. The investigation results will be disclosed to the public promptly. Zunyi: Sealing companies involved in “stock recommendation profit-sharing” scams

The Zunyi Municipal Government Information Office announced that the company has been sealed off, and the company’s responsible persons and related personnel are under control.
