People’s Financial News, March 15 — Iranian Foreign Minister Amir Abdollahian stated on the 15th that Iran is prepared to hold talks with regional countries and establish a joint investigation committee to determine the nature of the targets attacked and whether they belong to U.S. facilities and interests in the region. In an interview with The New Arab, based in London, Abdollahian said that Iran’s retaliatory actions mainly targeted U.S. bases and interests in the region, responding to attacks from these bases, and did not involve any civilians or residential areas. He also mentioned that the U.S. has manufactured a drone called “Lucas” that is identical to Iran’s “Shahid” drone, used to strike targets in Arab countries. Additionally, Israel may have played a role in some attacks targeting civilians, aiming to undermine relations between these countries and Iran. He further revealed that Iran continues to engage with neighboring countries including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, and diplomatic communication has not been interrupted. Multiple countries are actively mediating and proposing plans to ease tensions and end the conflict. (Xinhua)
