"Old Hodler's Final Battle: 5000U Survival Path" Day 7
Today's Results: -7 Candles
Today I tried picking up some new garbage tokens, but found it's not easy either. Fundamentally, picking up garbage means buying many targets for ambush. I see others buying tokens with pools under 100 addresses, very small liquidity - even looking at it scares me, I don't dare buy.
Tomorrow I'll continue playing the "lick once" strategy. As long as I slowly control my hands and maintain discipline, I can better manage this. Don't greedily play new launches, don't chase pumps. The safety buffer is high. Once I stabilize my operations a bit, increasing my investment will better cover the losses.
Starting today, I'm also synchronously recording Luffy's stone-picking method for practice. I think this is a great way for self-reflection and improving my thinking.

"Touching the River, Picking Stones" 3.14 Day 1
1. What was the most turbulent incident today? My wife made no progress with job hunting.
2. What was my first reaction? Not working hard enough, not summarizing and optimizing, useless.
3. What do I actually want (desire)? Want her to find a job, share the financial pressure for me and the family, want to have money to spend.
4. What am I actually afraid of (fear)? Afraid expenses aren't enough, afraid of debt.
5. What excuse did I make for myself? Said you wouldn't listen anyway, afraid of me nagging, take it one step at a time.
6. What's the main stone I picked out today? Not wanting to give my full effort, not wanting to step out of my comfort zone, wanting others to help me.
7. If I face the same thing tomorrow, how am I prepared to choose? Pick up greed, put down fear and receive blessings: continue staying silent, trust her. Focus on my own hard work.
