Feisu Innovation Hong Kong IPO to Raise Up to HK$1.66 Billion

[Caixin] In the wave of global digital transformation and the surge in AI computing power demand, network infrastructure solutions have become a key support. On March 13, enterprise network solution provider Feishu Innovation Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Feishu Innovation”) launched its Hong Kong IPO, aiming to raise up to HKD 1.66 billion.

Feishu Innovation plans to issue 40 million H-shares globally, with 10% allocated for Hong Kong public offering and 90% for international placement, with an offering price range of HKD 35.2 to HKD 41.6 per share. The company will conduct the IPO from March 13 to March 18, 2026, and is expected to be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 23.
