Swire Properties announced management changes. Long Yanyi is stepping down as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer due to retirement, with Shi Shihua taking over the position. Ma Tianwei will no longer serve as Non-executive Director, and Cen Mingyan has been appointed as Non-executive Director and Audit Committee member. These changes will take effect after the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Swire Properties (01972.HK) announced on March 12:

(1) Yan Yi Long has retired from Swire Group and resigned as an executive director and chief financial officer of the company;

(2) Shih Shih Wah will succeed Yan Yi Long as the company’s chief financial officer and has been appointed as an executive director of the company;

(3) Tianwei Ma will no longer serve as a non-executive director to focus on other businesses within the Swire Group. He will no longer be a member of the Audit Committee but will continue to participate as an observer; and

(4) Mingyan Cen has been appointed as a non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee of the company.

These resignations and appointments will take effect after the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 12, 2026.
