On March 7th, the “Bay Area Dream Pursuit · Star City Home” 2026 Changsha “Good Housing” Promotion and Cooperation Signing Event was held at the Wuzhou Hotel in Shenzhen. President Lü Jinchuan of the Shenzhen Real Estate Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as “Shenzhen Real Estate Association”) was invited to attend and represented the association to sign a strategic cooperation agreement with the Changsha Real Estate Market Transaction Industry Association. This marks a key step in the cross-regional collaborative development of Shenzhen’s real estate industry and opens new opportunities for the association to expand platform-based strategies and share high-quality industry experience.

As a core city engine of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Shenzhen Real Estate Association has always focused on high-quality industry development, accumulating mature experience and practical results in “Good Housing” construction, residential quality upgrades, and industry standardization. This strategic partnership with Changsha is an important attempt by Shenzhen Real Estate Association to export its mature “Good Housing” concepts and service models to external markets. According to the agreement, both parties will establish a regular communication and cooperation mechanism, engaging in deep collaboration in areas such as promoting quality properties across regions, exchanging real estate policy experiences, co-developing residential quality standards, and cultivating industry talent. This cooperation will help Changsha’s “Good Housing” brand reach targeted homebuyers in the Bay Area, providing convenient and efficient channels for residents returning to their hometowns to buy homes. It also aims to promote mutual learning among real estate enterprises in both cities, integrating innovative development ideas from the Bay Area with Changsha’s livability construction experience to jointly create high-quality residential products that meet the needs of the new era.

The “Good Housing” policy is a core guideline for the current transformation of the real estate industry, aiming to shift the focus from “whether it exists” to “whether it is good.” Based on long-term practical experience, Shenzhen Real Estate Association has established a systematic working framework and, in 2025, co-hosted the “Good Housing and Beautiful Residential Areas” seminar with the China Real Estate Association, where it first launched the “Shenzhen Initiative” to turn policy concepts into tangible products and service standards. The establishment of a long-term cooperation mechanism with the Changsha Real Estate Market Transaction Industry Association is a deepening of the trend from “scale dividends” to “quality value” in real estate, aligning closely with the policy direction of high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, injecting sustained momentum into industry breakthroughs.

This promotion and signing event opens an important window for harmonious win-win cooperation and coordinated development between Shenzhen and Changsha real estate associations. As the deepening integration of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the middle Yangtze River city cluster progresses, cross-regional real estate services have become a new industry trend. Shenzhen Real Estate Association will take this cooperation as an opportunity to fully leverage platform resources, building a bridge for real estate exchanges between Shenzhen and Changsha. While helping Changsha expand its high-quality residential products into the Bay Area market, the association will also actively promote collaborative development in areas such as quality construction, green low-carbon initiatives, and smart living, creating a higher quality living environment for residents of both cities. In the future, the association will continue to utilize its platform advantages to promote the practice and application of the “Good Housing” standards on a broader scale, continuously advancing in serving residents’ homeownership needs and driving high-quality industry development.
