Gelonghui March 10 — Luxin Venture Capital (600783.SH) announced that Mr. Hu Yuanmu, an independent director of the company, has served as an independent director for a total of six years. According to regulations regarding the tenure of independent directors in listed companies, he has voluntarily resigned from his position as an independent director and from his roles on the Audit Committee, Compensation and Assessment Committee, and Strategy and Sustainability Development Committee of the Board of Directors. During his tenure as an independent director, Mr. Hu Yuanmu was diligent and responsible, actively contributing to the company’s standardized operations and healthy development. The company’s board of directors expresses gratitude for his contributions during his term.

With the consent of the nominee and approval by the company’s Nomination Committee, the board of directors has nominated Mr. Sun Guomao as a candidate for independent director of the 12th Board of Directors. His term will last from the date of approval by the shareholders’ meeting until the end of the 12th Board’s term.
