Gelonghui March 11 — China International Capital Corporation (03908.HK) announced that China International Finance Corporation has registered with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC License [2025] No. 2290) to publicly issue perpetual subordinated bonds to professional investors with a total amount of no more than RMB 20 billion (including 20 billion yuan).

The issuer will issue these bonds in phases. In 2026, China International Finance Corporation will publicly issue perpetual subordinated bonds (Phase 3) to professional investors, with a total issuance scale of no more than RMB 4 billion (including 4 billion yuan). This phase of bonds is referred to as 26 CICC Y3, with bond code 244848.
