Zhuhai Signs Contracts for Two Major Cultural and Tourism Projects at Shijingshan Tourism Center and Phoenix Mountain Tongyang Lane, with Total Investment Exceeding 2 Billion Yuan

Viewpoint Network News: On March 12, Zhuhai Xiangzhou District recently held the 2026 High-Quality Development Conference. During the event, 10 key projects were signed collectively, with a total planned investment of over 8.64 billion yuan. Among them, the Shijing Mountain Tourism Center and Fenghuang Mountain Tongyangli major cultural and tourism projects have a combined investment of over 2 billion yuan.

The Shijing Mountain Tourism Center project plans a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. As a key area renewal and renovation project, it aims to create a mixed-use space integrating cultural tourism experiences, high-end business, and leisure consumption. The project seeks to revitalize inefficient land while preserving the city’s cultural heritage and enhancing urban appearance. The Fenghuang Mountain Tongyangli project plans a total investment of 520 million yuan, with a planned construction of a 200,000-square-meter cultural tourism and leisure complex. The site is located northwest of Jinfeng Road in Xiangzhou District, west of Putuosi Temple, with significant transportation advantages.
