Bloomberg: U.S. prosecutors believe SBF's re-trial request should be denied

Odaily Planet Daily reports that according to Bloomberg, U.S. prosecutors say SBF, co-founder of FTX, should have his request for a retrial denied because he failed to prove his conviction was unjust. In 2023, a jury found him guilty of fraud and conspiracy related to the collapse of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX, sentencing him to 25 years in prison.
