According to reports, Fu Youxing, Vice General Manager and Co-Head of Investment at GF Fund, will step down from his vice president position due to work reasons. He currently manages two funds with a total scale of 10.276 billion yuan. Fu Youxing has over 13 years of fund management experience. His resume shows that from February 2002 to March 2006, he served successively as a researcher, assistant fund manager, and secretary of the investment committee at Tiantong Fund. He joined GF Fund in April 2006 and has held positions including researcher, assistant fund manager, Deputy General Manager of the Research and Development Department, and General Manager. The career choices of public fund executives are increasingly attracting industry attention. On one hand, some veteran fund managers are stepping down from executive roles to focus on investment research and management; on the other hand, some fund managers, after resigning from executive positions, have other career plans.
