The 62nd Chairman's Meeting of the 14th National People's Congress Standing Committee was held to hear reports on the review of relevant drafts and proposals. Zhao Leji presided over the meeting.

The 62nd Chairmen’s Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People’s Congress was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on the afternoon of the 25th. Chairman Zhao Leji presided over the meeting. The meeting heard a report from Shen Chunying, Director of the Legal Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, on the review of the work related to legal cleanup and the handling opinions of relevant laws and decisions. The meeting also heard a report from Liu Qi, Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, on the review of the draft agenda for the 4th session of the 14th NPC, the draft list of presidium members and secretaries-general, the draft list of attending members, as well as reports on the qualification review of individual deputies and the review of appointment and removal cases. The Chairmen’s Meeting decided to submit these drafts and related documents to the Standing Committee for review. (Xinhua News Agency)
