On March 10th, housing prices were announced for two developments in Xi’an: COFCO Joy Future City and the new project,招商西安湾.

The 招商西安湾 project is located north of Eurasian Road W5 in Chanba International Port, Xi’an, east of Xingtai North Road. The developer is Xi’an 招商 Garden City Real Estate Co., Ltd.

Housing prices for 招商西安湾 are as follows: Building 1 has 24 floors with an average price of 26,202.42 RMB/m²; Building 5 has 24 floors with an average price of 25,205.10 RMB/m²; Building 7 has 22 floors with an average price of 25,584.35 RMB/m²; Building 8 has 20 floors with an average price of 34,271.37 RMB/m²; Building 10 has 20 floors with an average price of 33,865.19 RMB/m².

The Joy Future City Jingyue Residence project (DK-9) is located east of Gonghui Hospital in Chang’an District, Xi’an, south of Western Avenue, west of Planning Road, and north of Planning Road. The developer is Shaanxi Ding’an Real Estate Co., Ltd.
