Beijing News Shell Finance Report (Reporter Yan Xia) — On March 9, Deng Jinhong, founder of Yimutian, disclosed in an internal letter that since the launch of WOLAI procurement and sales outlets in the first quarter of 2025, they have maintained rapid growth for four consecutive quarters. Quarterly sales increased from 8.44 million yuan in the first quarter to 30 million yuan in the fourth quarter, an increase of over 2.5 times. “We plan to build WOLAI procurement and sales outlets into China’s largest nationwide chain of agricultural product purchasing and sales networks within the next five years, aiming to achieve annual agricultural product sales exceeding 10 billion yuan by 2030.”

According to reports, Yimutian’s first WOLAI rural supermarket officially opened on March 8, with over 4,000 visitors on its first day. “This marks a further deepening of Yimutian’s layout of WOLAI business in the rural market, extending from agricultural product purchasing and sales, and agricultural services to rural consumer sectors, and fully building a service system covering the entire agricultural industry chain,” said Deng Jinhong.
