Stellantis’ STLA -2.40% ▼ shares on Euronext Paris STLAP -1.57% ▼ and Milan STLAM -1.45% ▼ edged lower on Wednesday morning after the auto giant announced it was raising about $5.8 billion in debt. The carmaker has started to sell euro- and pound-denominated hybrid bonds to that effect.
