Guotou Silver LOF Announcement states that recently, the trading price in the secondary market has been significantly higher than the net asset value per share, with a large premium. To protect investors’ interests, the fund will be suspended from market open on February 26, 2026, until 10:30 AM, when trading will resume. Redemption services will continue during the suspension. If the premium does not effectively decrease on that day, the fund reserves the right to take measures such as temporary suspension. Additionally, the fund has suspended subscription services since January 28, 2026, with the resumption date to be announced separately.
