Sinopec: Li Yonglin resigns from executive director and other positions due to work adjustments
Sinopec announces that the company’s board of directors received Mr. Li Yonglin’s resignation letter on February 13, 2026. Mr. Li resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Member of the Strategic Committee of the Board, and Senior Vice President of Sinopec due to work adjustments. After his departure, he will no longer hold positions in Sinopec or its subsidiaries. Mr. Li’s departure will not result in the board having fewer than the legally required number of members. The company will ensure a proper handover in accordance with relevant management systems. The board sincerely thanks Mr. Li for his hard work and contributions during his tenure.
