According to Ji Mian News, during the Spring Festival, a lawyer in Xi’an accidentally received an image containing abusive language while using the Tencent Yuanbao App to generate a New Year greeting poster. In response, Tencent Yuanbao apologized, stating that the incident was caused by abnormal output from the AI model during multi-turn conversations and has been urgently corrected. The incident has raised questions about Yuanbao’s technological stability, especially after its large-scale marketing campaign during the Spring Festival, as user experience issues have gradually emerged. Despite a surge in user data during the holiday, retention rates remain low, and converting traffic into long-term users remains a challenge for the platform.
