China News Service Beijing, March 10 — On the morning of March 10, the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress held a delegate group meeting and the second Presidium meeting; in the afternoon, delegate group meetings were held. The Fourth Session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference held sectoral consultation meetings in some sectors in the morning, while other sectors held group meetings; in the afternoon, group meetings were held, along with the Presidium meeting and the 16th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

According to the agenda of the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress:

On the morning of March 10, a delegate group meeting was held to review the work reports of the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate; the second Presidium meeting was convened.

In the afternoon, delegate group meetings reviewed drafts of amendments to the Environmental and Ecological Protection Law, the Law on Promoting Ethnic Unity and Progress, and the National Development Planning Law, as well as the work reports of the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate.

Regarding the CPPCC meetings, on the morning of March 10, some sectors held sectoral consultation meetings, while other sectors held group meetings to discuss hot issues of concern.

In the afternoon, group meetings were held; the Presidium meeting and the 16th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference were convened.
