Wenke Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Foshan Construction Development Group Co., Ltd., transferred 10 million shares through pledged securities non-trading transfer on February 5, 2026, acquiring shares from Shenzhen Wenke Holding Co., Ltd., representing 1.57% of the company’s total share capital, at a transfer price of 4.64 yuan per share. After this transfer, Foshan Jianfa’s holdings increased to 240 million shares, accounting for 37.72%; of which, 140 million shares are unrestricted, and 100 million shares are restricted.
