(hereinafter referred to as “the company”) signed a Guarantee Contract with Huarong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huarong Leasing”). The guarantee provides joint liability security for all debts owed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Wenzhi Computing (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Wenzhi Computing”) under the Lease Contract signed with Huarong Leasing, with a guarantee limit of 240 million yuan. There is no counter-guarantee for this guarantee. As of the date of this announcement, the company and its subsidiaries do not provide guarantees for companies outside the scope of consolidated financial statements; the total guarantees provided within the scope of consolidated financial statements amount to 1.122 billion yuan (including this one), accounting for 22.01% of the company’s most recent audited net assets.
