On February 25th, Changsha Bank announced that the bank’s board of directors received a written resignation letter from Zhang Man. Due to a change in position, Zhang Man has applied to resign from her role as President of Changsha Bank. After resigning, Zhang Man will continue to serve as the bank’s Chairman, Director, Chairperson of the Strategy and Sustainability Committee, and a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committee and the Risk Control and Related Party Transactions Committee. Zhang Man’s resignation will take effect from February 24, 2026.

On the same day, Changsha Bank announced that the bank’s board of directors agreed to appoint a new President. The appointment is subject to regulatory approval, and until the new President takes office, Zhang Man will continue to perform the duties of President.
