The "Clarity Act" Stalemate in D.C.

While the market is optimistic, a shadow remains over U.S. regulation. The Digital Asset Market CLARITY Act, which passed the House last year, hit a roadblock in the Senate Banking Committee this quarter. Industry leaders warn that further delays could push more crypto startups to move their headquarters to more "clear" jurisdictions like Hong Kong or the EU.
