EIA Report: U.S. Natural Gas Inventories Increase by 6.5% Compared to the Same Period Last Year

EIA Natural Gas Report shows that as of the week ending February 27, the total U.S. natural gas inventory was 1,886 billion cubic feet, a decrease of 132 billion cubic feet from the previous week, an increase of 115 billion cubic feet compared to the same period last year, a 6.5% year-over-year increase. It is also 43 billion cubic feet below the five-year average, a decrease of 2.2%.
