Healthcare costs less than one-third of Singapore.
It takes about 90 minutes to Changi Airport (non-peak hours).
Work visa difficulty is about one-fifth of Singapore.
Visa-free entry — stay for 30 days upon arrival.
International situation is stable — mainly because there’s no conflict.
Logistics are convenient — sea freight from China takes 4-5 days.
A bunch of data centers.
Office buildings are ridiculously cheap...

But safety and government integrity definitely can't compare to Singapore.
